Our story began in 2005 when we pioneered an innovative study-to-job concept. Our vision was to help students from Asia realise their career ambitions by providing supportive pathways to the TAFE (Technical and Further Education) and university studies in Australia.
​
The University of Western Australia became our first university partner, with the opening of the Undergraduate Pathway Course at Wuhan University, China. Within a decade of opening our first pathway program, we established five programs offering TAFE and university pathways in China, the Philippines and Thailand.
​
We packaged all offshore programs for the ASET Group in 2013 and moved our core resources into education management in Australia onshore. In 2023, we welcomed Our Moving Castle and Golden Fox Investments to form AIE Group (Australia Innovative Education Group).
​
AIE Group manages three Australian government-accredited education providers in Melbourne: Innovative Institute of Australia, Victoria Institute of Business and Technology, and Brunswick Institute. ​

AIE schools provide Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)- accredited qualifications from Certificate III to Graduate Diploma across five campuses in the Melbourne metropolitan area.
All campuses are within walking distance of Melbourne's convenient public transportation, including trains, trams and buses. A limited number of free parking sites are also available for all students.

The English teachers' training program is designed for pre-service English teachers to plan and deliver lessons, and for experienced teachers to implement best-practice approaches to English language teaching.

The program includes language skills development, teaching methodologies, curriculum development, class management and local school visits.

Teachers will practice using core technology to set up plenary and breakout participation, learn procedural scaffolding techniques to support students and be introduced to popular AI teaching models and tools.
